“Clean water health and life”
The communities of San Francisco and San Luis, with a population of 790 inhabitants, benefited from the project to supply clean drinking water from the slopes of the Carihuiarazo volcano with the support of CARE of the United States, the Government of Ecuador and community work to protect the health of the population. Between the towns of Santa Lucía, Tisaleo, San Francisco, Juan Benigno Vela and Santa Rosa with 23,000 inhabitants in: Tourism, commerce, microenterprises, industry, manufacturing, optimizing the marketing of products, goods, services, having better communication between towns with the financing from the Provincial Council of Tungurahua and the Public Ministry.
Interconnection and integration highway between Providencia (Ambato-Riobamba highway) and Juan Benigno Vela (Ambato-Guaranda highway) and maintenance of alternate roads.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY RECREATION PARK
(Healthy mind and Healthy body)
Construction of the Community and Recreational Park, with multipurpose courts for the benefit of 420 people from the community of Batan Alto, (healthy mind and healthy body) with financing from the Department of Public Works of the Municipality of Quito.
WATER FROM IRRIGATION CANALS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Maintenance of irrigation canals to protect livestock, agriculture, fruit trees and various crops for the benefit of the populations of San Francisco, San Luis of 590 inhabitants with the contribution of the community.

CONSTRUCTIONS OF SCHOOL CLASS
Contributing to universal access to education for the construction of peace, progress and social justice.
ANIBAL SALGADO SCHOOL
Construction of prefabricated classrooms for the Anibal Salgado School in the town of Tisaleo, benefiting 200 students. Constructions with the financing and technical support of the Ministry of Education, DINACE (National Directorate for School Construction).
ADOLFO JURADO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Construction of prefabricated classrooms for the Adolfo Jurado Elementary School in the town of San Francisco, benefiting 70 students.
